On Tresco's west coast, our traditional island inn offers award-winning accommodation and food just a stone’s skim from the harbour.
Offering an authentic island pub experience, The New Inn is the perfect base for an island-hopping exploration of Scilly.
Our 16 ensuite rooms provide homely accommodation, many with beautiful sea or countryside views and all including little treats like fresh coffee, homemade biscuits and REN toiletries.
Downstairs, the Residents Lounge fuses contemporary furnishings with traditional features, complemented by island-inspired art and the warmth of the cosy log burner in the colder months.
Next door, the Driftwood Bar is the heart of the island community, adorned with wreckwood and marine relics and filled with visitors and locals throughout the year. Our menu focuses on traditional pub fare with a delicious Tresco twist. When the weather is warmer, enjoy a tipple in the sheltered beer garden and terrace.
From 2020, New Inn Guests will enjoy access to the nearby Tresco Island Spa with its indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and tennus courts, as well as entry to the world famous Tresco Abbey Garden.
The New Inn is rated as a Four Star Silver Award winning Inn rating by Visit England, and has also achieved the Visit England Breakfast Award.
