Grenofen has wide spectacular panoramic views which are very active with much inter-island boating and many international yachts moored close by. This property has under gone a total renovation and has been finished to a very high standard. There are two double bedrooms, with king size beds, and one large twin bedroom with an additional guest bed. All bedrooms have televisions and are en-suite. The master bedroom also has its own lounge or “sun room” with unrestricted sea and island views. The lounge and separate kitchen/diner which also enjoy the wonderful views are extremely well equipped with appliances including USA style fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice making facilities, double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, wine cooler and dishwasher. Being on the ground floor there is access to an outside terrace and dining area and plenty of garden space. 

A low occupancy discount can be offered out of season for 1-4 guests.

Bookings are taken 11 months in advance as this year’s guests have first refusal on the same week next year with the deposit being due a month after departure if rebooking.
