Upper Flat is a first floor apartment for two people. It has a four star rating from English Tourism. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio. Books, DVD's, games and puzzles are provided The modern kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in an adjoining cupboard.  The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, clock/radio and ample storage space. Hot water bottle and extra blankets provided if required. Efficient heaters throughout for early/late season use. Rental includes electricity, bed linen and towels (but not beach towels). Also Wi-Fi included. The changeover day is a Tuesday. The flat is available from 1.30 p.m. on arrival day until 9.30 a.m. on day of departure. Non smoking and no pets. Please note the split landing at the top of the stairs.
