10 The Strand, is a 200 year old fisherman’s cottage, situated on the seafront with spectacular, uninterrupted views across St. Mary’s harbour to the lovely neighbouring islands of Samson, Bryher, and Tresco. An ideal spot for boarding boats to explore the Islands, or staying local, dipping toes and beachcombing. A delightful Scillonian holiday to share with family and friends.
Our holiday cottage is situated within a 5 minute walk to all of Hugh Towns local amenities and restaurants and to several sandy beaches, ideally located for a wonderful family holiday.
The front door faces onto the beach and is the main point of access, with the sitting room to the left. The dining room is in the heart of the cottage leading to the Kitchen that opens onto the courtyard garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a family meal. The family bathroom is on the ground floor with a separate WC.
Upstairs the front bedroom faces the sea and has a Super King double bed with the option of converting to two single beds.
The back bedroom, best suited for children with two 2'6" beds, overlooks the garden. A staircase from this room leads to the attic bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite, an ideal family unit.
The cottage has a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, tumble dryer, TV, CD/Radio and DVD as well as free WiFi throughout the cottage.

Prices & Conditions
£400 - £1,600 per week
A medium sized, or two small well behaved dogs are welcome, please let us know before booking if you would like to bring a dog, there is an additional cost of £30 per week or any part there of to cover cleaning. A fully refundable comfort deposit of £200 is also required upon booking.
