About

The Isles of Scilly are an adventure to reach and our shepherd hut in a large, quiet, woodland garden adds to the sense of total escape, as you cross the stream on a ladder bridge to its private space overlooking a plantation of christmas trees. The hut, just like the islands themselves, invites you to live outdoors, with a double hammock and seating round the fire bowl perfect for afternoon naps and stargazing after a day of exploring. Inside, a White Company dressed double bed, shaker style kitchen, woodburner and a modern en suite bathroom complete the perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. The hut is ingeniously designed, built in oak and decorated in Farrow & Ball colours. You will find everything you need for romantic nights for two including games, a Roberts radio, a DVD player, and books. There is lots of equipment for outdoor dining and relaxing including hammam towels, blankets, a Prakti outdoor stove, fire pit and lanterns. The beautiful Watermill Cove 5 minutes away and Bar Point and Pelistry a 10 minute walk. Bikes can be delivered for your arrival so you can explore this beautiful and breathtaking north eastern corner of St Mary's as well as visiting all the other islands in this amazing archipelago. There is also level access to the hut and a place to park a golf buggy should you choose to hire one.
