Banfield’s Holiday Flats: ‘Quarter Deck’ (flat featured), ‘Top Deck’, Midships’ and the ‘Flatlet’, are all two person flats fitted out to a high standard, providing you with comfortable accommodation, close to the town centre and the quay. Quarter Deck – is the largest of our flats providing two person accommodation.
Friday change-over day.
Quarter Deck is entered at ground floor level from a shared hallway.
The first room encountered is a spacious lounge with a bay window looking onto a small garden and Church Street. The front half of the lounge has a three seat settee and a single armchair. There is a 32” flat-screen Television, with Free-sat plus and DVD player. The rear half of the lounge has a further armchair, occasional table and book-case, for use as a quiet area. A window overlooks the kitchen area. Heating is provided by the electric central system making it fully controllable and separate from the rest of the flat. A decorative wall fire is also provided. Leading off the rear room is a small washroom and toilet.
A short passage leads to the fully equipped kitchen diner. This room is a large and airy with light from windows, which overlooks the rear court-yard, and from roof windows. A modern kitchen has been installed with built in electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, and washing machine. There is a free standing microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Heating is provided by panel radiators from the electric central heating system with separate thermostatic control. This room also has a 23” flat-screen television and Freesat box. A door to the rear of the kitchen leads to the small private courtyard with garden table and chairs.
From the short passage are stairs leading to the bedroom. This room has been decorated to make the full use of the natural light from the window. The beds can be made up as twins, or a super king-size double. Flexible lighting has been provided by wall, centre and table lights. Heating is provided by panel radiators and has its own thermostatic control. Wall mounted, above the dressing table and mirror, is a 23” flat-screen television with Freesat box. There is a large walk-in wardrobe. A hair dryer is provided.
En-suite is a large bathroom with toilet, wash basin and full sized combined bath and shower. The thermostatic mixer, with water from a mains pressured hot water cylinder, provides an invigorating shower. For additional comfort there is a wall mounted fan heater and an electric heated towel rail.
In the event of a fire there is an emergency fire door leading to ground level.

- All flats have a "freesat-plus" satellite box, and a DVD player in the lounge. Other rooms have a "freesat" box.
- Each flat has their own clothes washing, drying, and ironing facilities
- All are equipped with personal video recorders – so you can keep up with your favourite programmes
- Close to Museum, Shops, Pubs and Restaurants. The quay is about 10 minutes walk away.

Prices: 2019 (2018 Fully Booked) - Quarter Deck:
29th March to 14th June - £520 per week.
21st June to 23rd August - £535 per week
30th August to 13th September - £520 per week.
20th September to 18th October - £460 per week.

Top Deck – is accessed from Church Street, via two steps, and is on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs, with half-landings.
Midships – is accessed from Church Street, via two steps, and is on the first floor. There is one flight of stairs, with a half-landing.
Quarter Deck – is accessed from Church Street, via two steps, and is located at ground floor level, with stairs to a basement bedroom and bathroom.
Flatlet - is accessed from Buzza Street, and is at ground floor level, with a one step variant.
