About
Sylina offers a home, away from home, for a relaxed get-away-from-it-all holiday. The property comprises a beautiful open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with three ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to six, with the option of a comfortable seventh Z bed in either of the twin rooms. A cot is available on request. The kitchen boasts a range cooker, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is the added benefit of a large sunny south facing conservatory and private, garden with BBQ, table chairs and parasol. Welcome packs, bed linen, towels and dressing gowns are all provided. Garage available with charging point. Wifi and Firestick.
Sylina is a picturesque 30 minute walk away from Hugh Town and a few minutes walk from Bar Beach (one of the most attractive, sandy and secluded on the islands) and the historic Bants Carn Burial Chamber and Halangy Village. The beautifully appointed Golf course and spectacular Juliet's Garden restaurant are both within a ten minute walk, both offer superb views of the setting sun. Fresh produce and groceries can be ordered in for arrival and home made vegetarian/vegan evening meals can be prepared and stored in the freezer.

Directions
Road Directions
Mcfarlands is an unmade road, with its own friendly, little community. It leads down to some of the most picturesque views on Scilly. A little wooded path runs directly from Sylina, in parallel to the road and provides a peaceful alternative route.
Public Transport Directions
The walk into Hugh Town is beautiful, but if you want a quicker way in we recommend hiring bikes or buggy's or using the local bus which stops 50yards away from the apartment. There are also two reliable taxi company's Toots and DJ cabs. At the end of a busy day, a lift canbe welcome.
