Island musician and writer Piers Lewin presents a programme of short films inspired by the islands. The landscape of Scilly is a cinematographer’s dream and the history of the place provides a rich vein of storytelling. The event will showcase several evocative short films filmed on the island of Rosevear as part of The Grand Ball project (see page 26) as well as a mix of films highlighting the filmmakers’ imaginative responses to Scilly. The evening will include a marine conservation pop-up stand.
