Welcome to a week-long mini celebration of mouth-watering food and drink on Scilly. Each day across the week you can expect a unique, flavoursome food experience celebrating world cultures from across Europe and further afield. From Mediterranean tapas to Southeast Asian infused gin and a taste of Italy – our island eateries will tempt you with an explosion of taste this March.

Friday 25th March

SCILLY SPIRIT DISTILLERY

Indulgent Island Gins & Oriental Experience

Take your taste buds on a journey into some aromas and flavours of the East! Whilst tasting two award-winning Island Gins, you’ll savour specially prepared Dim Sum and experience a few Asian botanicals from the distillery’s Gin School Selection.  Then you’ll tour the distillery, to see Arthur & Hilary’s gin production closeup!

Time: 1pm – 2.30pm and 5pm – 6.30pm

Location: Scilly Spirit Distillery, Old Town, St Mary’s

Price: £30pp – just 12 spaces per session!

HUGH STREET CAFE 

French Cheese & Wine Supper

Our usual popular cheese & wine night, but with a French twist! Build your own platters of some of France's finest cheeses and sample some exciting cheesy-themed sides. There will also be a curated list of French wines to choose from.

TANGLEWOOD KITCHEN

An authentic taste of India

Tanglewood Kitchen invites you to experience a truly authentic 'Taste of India Thali', brought to you in association with the Oriental Club, London. For one day only, the Thali will include 2 curries, dal, bhaji, naan, rice, chutney, onion salad & gulab jamun dessert. Delivered hot ready to eat to your door.

Time: Delivery only 6.45pm - 7.45pm

Tuesday 29th March

NED & FIN'S

An Italian Affair

Treat yourself to marinated Tuscan leg of lamb roasted on the BBQ (weather permitting), served in a ciabatta roll, alongside a roasted pepper, cherry tomato salad & a pesto marinated Orzo salad with olives, sundried tomatoes & feta cheese.

This is for takeaway, but a few tables and chairs will be available. Hurry!

THE LOOKOUT

The bold flavours of Spain!

Experience the wonderfully small but bold flavours of Spain through a selection of its most iconic tapas, giving people the choice of 3 tapas for £12 or 6 for £24, or the whole menu plus a glass of sangria for £28.

Thursday 31st March

DIBBLE & GRUB

A gastronomic tour of the Mediterranean

A Mediterranean inspired, eight course tapas menu featuring local ingredients.  Flavours from Spain, Italy, Morocco, Greece & France will take you on a gastronomic tour of the Mediterranean!  A creative drinks menu from cocktails to coffees will be available to compliment the feast.
