Join us for a Summer Beach BBQ with Cornish chef Rupert Cooper, owner of Philleigh Way Cookery School on the Roseland and The Cove Café at Hayle Beach. Fresh from his starring roles at the Porthleven and St Ives Food Festivals, Rupert will be bringing his outdoor culinary skills to the islands; known for his big-flavoured, smokey, wood-fired dishes using only fresh, seasonal produce, Rupert will be cooking up juicy meats with punchy sauces, grilled veggies, crispy wedges and bountiful bowls of locally sourced salads. It’s the Rugby World Cup Weekend so following the BBQ we’ll be hosting a tag rugby session on the beach – all welcome!
