The Swimquest Scilly Swim Challenge, the Iconic 15km staged swim challenge between the islands, will take place in September – a Special 10th year Anniversary edition.

6 swims between islands and 6 walks across to be completed over 1 or 2 days - Two amazing sporting events with an extraordinary friendly and supportive atmosphere that takes both participants and spectators around the Islands.

The combination of swimming in the cold sea with the backdrop of the beautiful islands & changing (often challenging) conditions is incredible. It is not a race, it’s a challenge, very much experienced as a group with an incredible support team. It is a tough event, but it creates friendships between participants and a special bond to the islands. It keeps bringing swimmers back to the Isles of Scilly, with family and friends, year after year. 

This year the 2 Day Event will take place on 6th & 7th September and the 1 Day event on the 9th of September. Organised by Swimming Holiday company Swimquest, these events are sold out for 2023 but the team could still take you on a swimming holiday around the beautiful islands in July or August.
