Food & Drink Producers
Just about around every corner on every island you’ll come across a local farmer or fisherman; fudge maker or baker; brewer or winemaker and more. Seek them out, browse their produce and, of course, try it!

Succulent strawberries, luscious lobster, Bryher bangers, infused gins, and spiced salt – these are just a handful of Scilly’s incredible array of local produce stocked across the islands’ shops
Troytown Farm is the only dairy farm in Scilly. Milking 9 dairy cows, it might also be the smallest in the country. Farming on a small scale works for us, as we process the milk in our little dairy and make very special ice cream, clotted cream, butter and yogurt to sell direct to our customers from our farm shop.
