From the windswept gardens of Bryher, Scilly Chilli cultivates a variety of chilli peppers to create award-winning sauces, jams, chutneys, and oils, all packed with island-grown heat and character. Blending traditional preserving methods with creative flair, they offer everything from fiery hot sauces to mild, flavourful relishes. Each jar and bottle is made in small batches, using homegrown ingredients and zero artificial additives.
