Whether you are visiting for the first or the 40th time, there’s plenty to see and plenty to do. In fact, the more you peel back the layers of these fascinating islands, the more you will discover.

For those looking to kick-back and relax we have delightful beachfront cafés, scenic coastal walks, a vibrant Arts & Culture scene and one of the greatest gardens of Europe – Tresco Abbey Garden.

If you’re seeking action and thrills, there are plenty of Activities to seek out - you can dive, sail, kayak, windsurf, paddle board, horse ride, explore on mountain bikes and take part in organised sea-swims, to name a few activities. You can Walk & Hike, Cycle, Shop and of course enjoy Boat trips and Tours that will enable you to soak up the islands' atmosphere, our unique archaeological sites and our extraordinary Wildlife.

There is also a varied and vibrant Events programme throughout the season, kick starting with Walk Scilly week and the Folk Scilly Festival, both in April. Then we have the famous World Pilot Gig Championships held every year during the first Bank Holiday in May.

Throughout the spring, summer and autumn, there are island fetes, RNLI days, plus music, sports and food festivals. Numerous Scillonian bands also entertain at the pubs and clubs year round. In short, there is something for everyone if you like to be entertained. And if you don't? Well it's just as easy to slip away from it all to relax and recharge.

The Tourism Information Centre on Porthcressa Beach will give you the low-down. Pop in or follow @scillyTIC to keep up to date with What's On.

Troytown Farm Shop

St. Agnes All year

Troytown Farm is the only dairy farm in Scilly. Milking 9 dairy cows, it might also be the smallest in the country. Farming on a small scale works for us, as we process the milk in our little dairy and make very special ice cream, clotted cream, butter and yogurt to sell direct to our customers from our farm shop.

Fay Page – Open Studio

St. Martin's All year

We make jewellery that is worn across Scilly, the UK and beyond.

It all started twelve years ago with a silver shell range and we’ve grown each year and now have several ranges including fish, flowers, seeds and Scilly cowbells. We do lots of commission work from wedding and engagement rings to personalised pieces.

Our studio is a truly Scilly affair with lots of reclaimed island materials and local art being used in the design – the cabinets have even been made out of the timbers from an old boat.Read more »
