Sea Spray is semi-detached two story house located at the top end of Town Beach.
It has a lovely bright open plan kitchen/ diner/ living area opening onto a private courtyard with views across the harbour. It also boasts a second upstairs lounge, big enough for the whole family to enjoy together, whether it be to watch TV, play games, or simply relax watching the sun set over Samson.
Sleeping a total of 7 people, the bedrooms include one ground floor super-king zip and link (which can be made up as twin beds); ground floor single, master king (with a new ensuite shower room for 2024) and 1 bunk room (with full size standard singles). There is an upstairs family bathroom, (with shower over bath) and downstairs wc.
The kitchen is well equipped, and also has a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, wifi is available throughout the house and there is a smart TV in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas.
Whilst in a quiet location, the property is only a short level walk from all of the amenities of Hugh Town, or to the ever popular water sports beach of Porthmellon. The daily tripper boats leaving for the off islands can be seen coming and going, and there is always something to watch in the harbour whatever the weather or time of day.
