The perfect holiday starts with the perfect place to stay. From converted barns to castles; from 4-star hotels to self-catering and camping, there’s something for everyone – a range of options to suit every taste and every budget. Many accommodation options have ground floor rooms and/or family rooms; many take dogs; nearly all offer Wi-Fi and other modern comforts. So whether you’re here for a weekend break or a fortnight’s holiday, there’s something for everyone.

Many of the accommodation providers on Scilly use VisitEngland’s classifications awarding one to five stars. We also operate our own Isles of Scilly Approved Accommodation Scheme accreditation which means that the properties have been independently assessed to meet industry “safe, legal and clean” requirements. All properties listed with Visit Isles of Scilly must have achieved these minimum levels (or be VisitEngland rated).

Several properties are also recognised by Green Tourism for their efforts to reduce environmental impact. Energy and water efficiency, recycling, minimising waste and use of local produce are all taken into account.
