On your travels around the island you’ll more than likely be able to point to the local fisherman or farmer who’s provided the food on your plate! Watch them at work, talk to them and share their passion.
We're a family owned and run business where old traditions still hold. The Taylor family started making fudge twenty years ago on our farmhouse kitchen Aga. At Veronica Farm, on Bryher on the Isles of Scilly, we now have a purpose built fudge kitchen - still using traditional farmhouse methods.

Diverse food retail shop @ The Post Office on St Mary's, specialising in award winning homemade ready meals, fresh fish and IOS shellfish, gourmet 'best in town' sandwiches, freshly baked individual quiche daily, American import foods and fine wines. Tanglewood also stocks IOS eggs, vegetables, ales and ice cream. Bespoke catering available.

Troytown Farm is the only dairy farm in Scilly. Milking 9 dairy cows, it might also be the smallest in the country. Farming on a small scale works for us, as we process the milk in our little dairy and make very special ice cream, clotted cream, butter and yogurt to sell direct to our customers from our farm shop.
