The annual Walk Scilly Week which took place in April was so popular this year that we’ve decided to do it again – only this time a pocket size version over a long weekend in September.

For many, early autumn is considered one of the best times for walking in Scilly: the gentler light bathes our landscape in softer hues whilst migratory birds begin to make an appearance on their annual pilgrimage south. The sea is also at its warmest for those keen enough to want to take a dip!

The Walk Scilly Weekend starts on Friday 19th September and runs through to Sunday 21st. Taking in seven islands in three days, this is another great opportunity to explore the islands with some of the most popular of our Walk Scilly Guides. The itinerary includes new walks and exciting routes as well as old favourites - all topped off with a couple of evenings of very fine music, courtesy of Duo Prospero and the Isles of Scilly Folk Club.
