About

A beautiful coastal cottage with sea views and a garden, tucked away in a quiet location with footpath access to Porthmellon beach, just an 8 minute stroll to the high street.

Fully renovated and newly available as holiday accommodation, the style of the property is rustic coastal - featuring high ceilings, original exposed wooden beams, granite walls and reclaimed floorboards.

Fully renovated and lovingly restored, it's a coastal cottage packed with quirky character and rustic charm.

Situated on a private driveway, with access via a private footpath to the coastal path and Porthmellon beach.  Listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep and enjoy your morning coffee on the beach.

Bay View Terrace is just an 8 minute stroll to the high street and the quay, where you can take boat trips to the other islands.

4 Bay View Terrace is owned, managed, serviced & maintained by us, so we can ensure everything is up to standard throughout the season.

Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms - a master king, double and a twin.

The master bedroom with king size bed has an ensuite with shower over bath and generous airing cupboard, and electric towel rail.

The double and twin rooms have sea views and all bedrooms have ample storage.

The family bathroom is fitted with spacious shower and electric towel rail.

The generous hallway provides ample space for coats and shoes, and a comfy armchair offers a quiet corner perfect for reading or tablet time. Plus the added benefit of a handy downstairs cloakroom.

The large lounge/dining room has original exposed granite and a large sliding door providing the option for a more open plan feel or a cosy retreat.

The fitted kitchen is bright and fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven & dishwasher.

Laundry facilities are located in a renovated outbuilding, the old Water Tank, to the rear of the property, with a rotary washing line in the garden.

The front garden accommodates a picnic bench - ideal for your afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks or some alfresco dining.

4 Bay View Terrace can be booked in conjunction with Cove, to sleep 8 in total.
