We have three letting bedrooms. Two are doubles, en-suite with shower rooms. The third can be a king size or a twin and this has an en-suite bathroom. TVs, DVDs hot drink facilities, hairdryers, toiletries and free wi-fi are all provided.

The location on The Strand on St Mary's gives views from every room over the harbour and to the islands of Samson, Bryher and Tresco beyond and is a perfect spot to watch the sun setting over Samson.

The nearest beach is literally 20 yards away and two other beaches are within a 5 minute walk. It is also only 5 minutes to the amenities of Hugh Town and less than 10 minutes to the quay for the off island boats.

Rated by the English Tourist Board as Four Star with a Silver Award, we also have a Breakfast Award. Breakfast choices include full English and fish dishes as well as lighter options. Local produce is used whenever possible and special dietary requirements are catered for by arrangement.
