The lounge is presented with widescreen smart TV and surround sound, and there is unlimited WiFi throughout. The kitchen is equipped with large family fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The property is offered to rent inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels.
Sunhaven also boasts a sunny rear garden and patio area, perfect for al fresco dining. It provides the ideal setting for that special family gathering and is large enough to comfortably accommodate group bookings of up to 8 guests.
In order to maintain the high standard of accommodation, under 5's are accepted by prior arrangement. A security deposit of £250 per week is payable on all bookings.
Please note that whilst dogs are not accepted, the owners occasionally bring their own dog to the property.
