About
No queues, no crowds - beat the Scilly rush hour with personal and friendly boating with a local.
With only twelve passengers you can be sure of a relaxed, personal and friendly service on the Crusader of St. Mary’s. We offer daily direct trips to Bryher and Tresco and scenic cruises around the most popular coastal hotspots to see the native wildlife of seals and seabirds. Enjoy the islands’ stunning landscape from the water or stop off on one of the islands to explore their individual beauty.
Direct trips
Direct trips to Bryher and Tresco for the day. Enjoy the day trip to Tresco complete with scenic coastal walks and the famous Abbey Garden or Bryher (when tides allow) for it’s peace, tranquillity and dramatic landscape – with a pub, seafood eatery, hotel and café all offering great local food.
Scenic trips
Enjoy a morning or afternoon scenic trip to the Eastern Isles of the Norrard Rocks to see the Seals and Seabirds. A cruise around the coast of St. Mary’s to see the historical archaeological sites before setting off to the uninhabited islands to see the Atlantic Grey Seal colony, Puffins (March-July) and other birdlife. After the one and a half hour trip we can then land you at the island of the day for the afternoon or return you to St. Mary’s.
Evening trips
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening join the Crusader for a trip to St. Martin’s to sample the delights of the award winning “Adams’s Fish & Chips”, a very popular trip so booking is advance is essential. (Dave will book your table for you!)
Private Charter
Experience the islands at your own pace. Dave’s more than happy to discuss or suggest a tailor made day of boating for you to get the most out of your day on Scilly.
