Star Castle Hotel Restaurant & Bar - St. Mary's
A family run hotel located on the Garrison, a short walk from the centre of St Mary’s and the harbour, commanding breathtaking views of the stunning Archipelago. The focus is to provide exceptional customer service and award winning gourmet food, featuring fresh lobster and crab caught by the proprietor Mr Robert Francis aboard ‘Gallos’ the hotel’s own fishing boat.
Open to non-residents, there is the choice of two award-winning restaurants featuring fresh locally caught sea food, local produce and vegetables from our own kitchen garden.
Open during the summer months, the Conservatory restaurant offers a more light and airy option, with an elaborate vine weaving overhead. The same friendly atmosphere awaits in the Castle Dining Room, specialising in seafood and offering a more relaxed dining experience.
The Dungeon Bar is perfect for a before dinner aperitif, an after dinner cognac or just to relax and enjoy a good drink in the evening. Serving ales, fine wines and spirits, champagne and cocktails.
Breakfast for residence only and Dinner open from 6:30pm with the last seating at 8:30pm.
Open for lunch from 12:00 until 2pm and open in the evening from 6pm.
The Castle Dining Room is closed for dinner from 1st November until 13th February.
The Conservatory restaurant is closed for dinner from 1st November until March.

Menu prices: 2 courses £36.50 per person, 3 courses £42.00 per person and 4 courses £45.00 per person.
