Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. The Organiser of the Visit Isles of Scilly & Great Western Railway competition is the Islands’ Tourism and Business Partnership (IP), Destination Management Company for Visit Isles of Scilly
2. Employees and Directors of the Islands’ Partnership, Great Western Railway, and prize donors, plus their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected to the competition, are not eligible to enter.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to change any aspect of the competition at any time, without notice. All standard booking terms and conditions are available via our partner websites or outlined below.
4. Opt-ins will be shared with relevant parties only where you have provided your absolute consent to receive communications. The relevant parties include Visit Isles of Scilly, Great Western Railway, The Duchy of Cornwall, Penzance Helicopters, Tresco Island and Karma St. Martin's.
5. The prize includes:
5.a Return rail travel with Great Western Railway, travelling Standard Class between London Paddington and Penzance for two adults. One leg of the journey is valid on the Night Riviera Sleeper between London Paddington and Penzance. Night Riviera Sleeper accommodation will include a twin cabin for two adults. The winner will have access to the GWR Lounge (London Paddington).
5.b A 3-night stay in a Duchy of Cornwall Holiday Cottage for up to two adults and one breakfast sitting for two adults at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery during their stay, booked in advance.
5.c Return travel for two from Penzance to Tresco or St. Mary's with Penzance Helicopters.
5.d A two-night Bed & Breakfast stay for two at The New Inn, Tresco Island, with dinner on one night.
5.e A two-night Bed & Breakfast stay for two within an Ocean View Room, and one 3-course dinner for two at Karma St. Martin's.
5.f There is no cash alternative or credit alternative to the prize, and the prize cannot be exchanged for its cash value. Any extra costs incurred are not included in this prize.
6. The deadline for competition entries is midnight GMT, May 15, 2026.
7. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries submitted via the competition form at www.visitislesofscilly.com by Google's random number generator and announced shortly after the closing date. The selected winner will be contacted by email and has 72 hours to respond before another winner is chosen.

9. Entry to this competition implies acceptance of these rules.
10. Great Western Railway's specific terms and conditions:
- The prize includes return rail travel with Great Western Railway, travelling Standard Class between London Paddington and Penzance for two adults. - The prize is subject to availability, to be used by 31 December 2026.

- Great Western Railway reserves the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- The prize is not transferable.
11. Duchy of Cornwall specific terms and conditions:
- Entrants must be 21+ and UK residents.
- The prize is a 3-night stay in a Duchy of Cornwall Holiday Cottage for up to two adults and one breakfast sitting for two adults at the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery during their stay, booked in advance.
- The winner may choose between Trinity, Hutchings, Hext, Diggery, Staniforth or Warricks on the Restormel Estate, subject to availability.
- The prize must be taken as a single 3-night stay within one rental week, determined by the standard changeover of the chosen cottage (this means Hutchings, Hext, Diggery, Staniforth and Warricks, the stay will be Saturday, Sunday and Monday night stay).
- The prize excludes all school holidays and bank holidays and must be taken by 31 December 2026.
- Arrival is from 4 pm, and departure is by 10 am.
- Dogs are not permitted at any of the Restormel Estate properties.

- The prize booking is subject to availability and must be made in accordance with the standard booking terms and conditions of Duchy of Cornwall Holiday Cottages, available at: Booking Terms and Conditions | Duchy of Cornwall Holiday Cottages
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Any additional costs incurred during the stay, including but not limited to travel, food, activities, extras or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the prize winner.
- The Duchy of Cornwall Holiday Cottages reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
- By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or social media handle and/or photograph for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
12. Penzance Helicopters' specific terms and conditions:
- The prize includes two return flights to Tresco or St. Mary’s from Penzance with Penzance Helicopters.
- The prize is subject to availability and must be taken by 31 December 2026.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
13. Tresco Island specific terms and conditions:
- The prize includes a two-night Bed & Breakfast stay for two at The New Inn, Tresco, with dinner on one night.
- The prize is subject to availability and must be used by 30 April 2027.

14. Karma St. Martin's specific terms and conditions:
- The prize includes a two-night Bed & Breakfast stay for two within an Ocean View Room, and one 3-course dinner for two at Karma St. Martin's.
