Visit Isles of Scilly exists to develop the Isles of Scilly as a visitor destination and grow the value of the visitor economy across Scilly for the benefit of all its stakeholders and members. It is a non-profit making organisation funded by its stakeholders and members.
The Destination Management Organisation (DMO) is controlled by a Board of 10 non-executive directors - an independent Chair, an Executive Vice-Chair with representation from local tourism and business sectors and from the company’s core Strategic Partners. Operationally, it is run by an Executive Vice Chair and a small Executive delivery team.
Our membership year runs from 1st September to the 31st August every year. However, a new business can join part way through the membership year - please get in touch with us for more details. Once you've become a member you can purchase a host of marketing opportunities. These are outlined in our membership rate cards. We also produce an annual report and prospectus which looks back on the previous year and to the year ahead.
