Savour an intriguing tipple or tasty treat, fill your home with the fragrance of handpicked, scented flowers, or opt for seaweed-infused skincare. Whichever you choose, it's all made locally with love by the talented artisans of Scilly.

Westward Farm

This small batch distillery on St. Agnes is a generational family farm growing their own botanicals and producing just 28 bottles of gin at a time. The Hicks family started distilling plants for essential oils for use in soap and gin. Ingredients include anything from Rose Geranium, Honey & Orange to Wild Wingletang.

Scilly Succulents

When Issy Tibbs started growing cacti and succulents as a child she never imagined one day she'd be back on her family farm growing them. The small tropical plants are perfectly suited for the Isles of Scilly's sandy soil and mild climate. The most popular variety remains the exotic looking Aeonium Arboreum Zwartkop which has black fleshy leaves sticking out on alien like branches. A farm path is open to the public throughout the year for visitors to see succulents growing in the fields.

SC Salt

SC Salt is made from the sea and sun on the Isles of Scilly. They simply add seawater to their saltpans and leave the crystal-clear water of St. Martin’s Par to evaporate under lingering sunshine between April and September and for anywhere between 8 and 12 weeks. The salt is sealed on the family farm and available in the following flavours: chilli, garlic, salt and pepper, and smoked salt.

Veronica Farm Fudge

Located in a place so tranquil, the entrepreneurial spirit of Bryher is felt all over this tiny island (the smallest in the archipelago) and Veronica Farm is no different. This family-run affair uses traditional farming methods creating a delicious, buttery vanilla fudge incorporating Scillonian only ingredients: milk, butter and clotted cream.

Scilly Chilli

Scilly Chilli is the brainchild of Ruth & Graham of Hillside Farm, Bryher. Their chilli recipes have been a roaring success incorporating different varieties and creating chilli chocolate, sauces, jam and more. They even have chilli clothing!
